PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
In US: For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures. Lyophilized human plasmas, spiked with Bivalirudin at various concentrations, for the calibration of Bivalirudin assays. They are titrated and optimized for the assay of Bivalirudin by anti-IIa clotting and chromogenic techniques.

PRODUCT COMPONENTS
10 vials (5 sets of 2 vials) of 1 mL of human plasma supplemented at 5 different concentrations of Bivalirudin
PRODUCT APPLICATION
These calibrators are used to establish the calibration curve for anti-IIa clotting and chromogenic assays of Bivalirudin in plasma (HEMOCLOTâ„¢
Thrombin Inhibitors and BIOPHENâ„¢ DTI).
