No interference of Heparin Cofactor II, α2-macroglobulin or α1-Antitrypsin. No interference of Heparin Cofactor II, α2-macroglobulin or α1-Antitrypsin. No interference for hemoglobin concentrations up to 5 mg/mL, for Bilirubin concentrations up to 0.1 mg/mL, and for plasma from hyperlipaemic patients.

PRODUCT COMPONENTS

R1: 4 x 5 mL Bovine Factor Xa.

R2: 4 x 5 mL Chromogenic substrate specific for Factor Xa (SXa-11).

R3: 4 x 10 mL of Tris-Heparin Buffer.
