Lyophilized plasmas, at defined Apixaban concentrations (3 levels of about 0 to 600 ng/mL), as measured with BIOPHEN™ DiXal (Ref A221030-RUO) or BIOPHEN™ Heparin LRT (Ref A221011-RUO, A221013-RUO and A221015-RUO), for the calibration of Apixaban measurements using anti-Xa chromogenic assays.

The BIOPHEN Apixaban Calibrator kits consist of lyophilized human plasmas, spiked with Apixaban at various concentrations, for the calibration of Apixaban

assays. Available online.

PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS

Normal human plasma, freeze dried, with Apixaban, at three different concentrations.

High stability following reconstitution.

These calibrators have Apixaban concentrations accurately established against an Internal Standard for Apixaban, with concentrations exactly determined using a reference LC-MS method.
