Intra-Assay CV: < 4% Inter-Assay CV: < 8% No hook effect is observed for Fibrinogen concentrations < 100 µg/mL No interference is observed for Unfractionated Heparin concentrations < 2 IU/mL in plasma. The presence of rheumatoid factor may result in an overestimation of the Fibrinogen concentration.
