Shipping Information

Shipping Policy

  • Orders are generally shipped in 1 day after your order is processed and they normally take an additional 3 – 5 business days to arrive.
  • Orders are processed Mon-Fri during normal business hours.
  • You may return damaged or defective merchandise within 10 days of the original purchase date for a full refund minus shipping charges. We will also be glad to exchange the damaged merchandise for anything on our site of equal or lesser value.

Handling Fees

  • All customers using a “Collect” method to pay for shipping will be charged a $35 USD handling fee.
  • All orders over $900 USD shipped outside North America will be charged a $35 USD handling fee.

Return Policy

  • Products labelled for In Vitro Diagnostic (IVD) Use – including 510(k) cleared products, Health Canada licensed products and CE Mark products – are not returnable.
  • Products labelled for Research Use Only may be returned and must be authorized by Aniara prior to return. Aniara will issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) and Return Label.
  • You may return your items within 21 days if products are unopened, unmarked, undamaged, and correctly stored. You are accountable for shipping cost ($75 FexEx Overnight Priority), plus a $100 or 25% restocking fee, whichever is higher.
  • All returned items are subject to inspection by Aniara, to ensure product integrity. Credit will not be issued for returned products which are opened, marked (writing, stickers, etc.), damaged or improperly stored.
